Given the diversity of products we offer the service level for all items items is not the same. Some items are critical and some are not. Is there a way to set the service level for individual items or groups of items?

Yes, it's possible. If service levels are imported from a 3rd party data source (ex: an excel spreadsheet or an ERP database) then, the service levels should be tuned directly within the data source. If the service levels are not imported, the column should appear in bold in LSSC, and the column values are editable. You can edit many values at once with |
